1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website leaves in your browser so it can remember something about your visit. “Local storage”, where the site keeps a value in the browser itself, serves a similar purpose.
A cookie by itself does not reveal who you are. It becomes personal data only when it is linked with other data about you.
2. Nothing is loaded without your consent
When you first arrive at the site, analytics is switched off. Google Analytics is not downloaded and not a single request leaves the site towards Google until you click “Accept”.
If you click “Decline”, analytics is not loaded then either, and the site works exactly the same.
3. What is stored without consent
Only your choice in the cookie bar, under the name dj_consent, in the browser's “local storage”. It is kept for 180 days and contains nothing but whether you accepted or declined analytics. It holds no identifier and no third party reads it. Without it we would ask you the same question on every page.
4. What is stored if you accept analytics
Google Analytics 4 sets the cookies _ga and _ga_G-CC1C33GF9T. They keep the same visit from being counted more than once and last up to two years.
We measure the number of visits, which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, and clicks on the phone number, Viber, e-mail, the map button and sending the form. We measure only that something happened — never a name, phone number, e-mail address or the content of a message.
Advertising signals are switched off then as well. We do not use remarketing or cross-site tracking.
5. Google Maps
The map on the Contact page does not load by itself. It appears only once you click the “Show the map” button. Only from that point may Google set its own cookies, under its own privacy rules.
6. How to change your choice
At the bottom of every page there is a “Cookie settings” button. Clicking it opens the bar again so you can change your decision.
You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. After you delete them, the site will ask you again.
7. Contact
For questions about cookies and the processing of data, write to dentaldrjusic@gmail.com or call 061 405 352. More about the processing of personal data is in the Privacy policy.
8. Language of this document
This is a translation of the Bosnian original. The practice operates in Bosnia and Herzegovina and under its law, so if the two versions ever differ, the Bosnian version prevails.
