1. Who processes your data

2. Which data we collect
- The data you enter in the booking form yourself: your name, phone number, e-mail address (if you enter one), the service you are interested in and your message.
- Technical data that the web server records when you visit the site, such as the IP address, the time of the visit and the type of browser. These serve security and fault-finding.
There is no need to give details about your health in the message.
3. Why we process them
- To answer your enquiry and arrange an appointment. The basis is your request and the consent you give in the form.
- To keep the site working safely and correctly. The basis is the legitimate interest of the practice.
4. Cookies, analytics and third-party services
The site uses Google Analytics 4 so that we can see how many people come to the site, which pages they look at and where they come from. Analytics is loaded only once you accept it in the cookie bar. Until you decide, or if you decline, not a single request leaves the site towards Google and no analytics cookie is set.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer of every page. The details are on the Cookie policy page.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking tools. Google Analytics is configured so that advertising signals are always refused.
The map on the Contact page is loaded from Google Maps only once you click the “Show the map” button. From that point Google may process your data and set cookies under its own privacy rules.
Links to Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps lead to those platforms, which have privacy rules of their own.
5. How long we keep the data
We keep enquiries from the form for as long as we need them to answer the enquiry and arrange the appointment, unless regulations require us to keep them longer.
Technical web server logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own rules.
6. Who has access to the data
We do not sell the data and we do not pass them to third parties for their own purposes.
Messages from the form arrive at the practice's e-mail address at Google (Gmail) and are sent through the Brevo (Sendinblue) service. The site and the copy of the enquiry are held at the hosting provider (Hostinger).
If you accept analytics, data about your visit are also processed by Google Ireland Limited through Google Analytics 4.
These service providers may process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, their correction or erasure and the restriction of processing, and to object to the processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
8. Security
The site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Copies of enquiries are kept on the server outside the public part of the site or, where the hosting does not allow that, in a protected folder that cannot be reached over the internet.
9. Language of this document
This is a translation of the Bosnian original. The practice operates in Bosnia and Herzegovina and under its law, so if the two versions ever differ, the Bosnian version prevails.
